At Kii Marie Co., each set of press-on nails is handmade to order. Please allow time for careful creation and preparation before dispatch.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Time:

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 2–5 business days. International delivery times may vary and are subject to carrier delays.

 

Tracking:

All orders are shipped with USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

* Kii Marie Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

* Lost or stolen parcels must be addressed with the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to support you in resolving any issues.
